The subject of Voice Production is among the most important major subjects at the Department of Choir Conducting, Music Education, Church Music, Rhythmics and Dance. Individual voice production is taught at almost all majors and specialties, i.e.: Choir Conducting, Conducting Music Ensembles, Choir Vocal Studies, and Church Music.

In the past, voice production instructors were Kazimiera Goławska, Renata Kulczycka, Janina Skalik, Czesław Wojtyński – author of the well-known textbook on voice production, or Alicja Ogrodzińska.

Since the academic year 2016/2017, part of the Chair of Music Education has been the Voice Production Laboratory, which focuses teachers of that subject. It also provides teaching-related supervision to the specialty of Choir Vocal Studies.
