Chair of String Instruments
The Chair consists of the following classes: violin, viola, cello and double bass. The following professors teach master classes:

double bass: A. Mysiński
These professors, famous all over the world as soloists and chamber musicians, are the winners of many competitions at home and abrod. They are responsible for the education of instrumentalists. Many of them have won important competitions all over the world. The Chair not only teaches but also engages in very many artistic and scientific activities. The late professor Tadeusz Wroński, violinist and pedagogue of world-wide renown, was the Chair's spiritual advisor and essential patron.
